Mobile Workshop Cranes

Workshop cranes are smaller versions of the large industrial crane, designed for usage inside: within a workshop, factory or warehouse setting. These miniature equivalents are extremely similar to their larger equivalents, in that lift is still providing by a perpendicular arm or jib with a winch system, either electronic or manual, providing the movement of loads, whether elevating or lowering.

Warrior offers two varieties of mobile workshop crane; both the models we stock provide versatile and adaptable lifting, adjustable to your specific needs enabled by the variable position telescopic jib.The counterbalanced model offers five variant positions, whilst the folding workshop crane provides three variant positions. The foldable functioning of both models provides simultaneously flexible lifting and convenient and spacially efficient storage of the workshop cranes. Both of the models are sold fully equipped with four casters to provide easy movement around the workplace.

The first model Warrior stocks: the Warrior counterbalanced 550Kg Mobile Workshop Crane; this model is small yet powerful and efficient, providing elevation through five variable weight capacities, to a maximum weight load capacity of 550Kg, to a height of 2700mm lift potential from ground level. The haulage is provided through a double action hydraulic pump unit, as ever with our products this workshop crane was designed with safety at the forefront, provided through a pressure release valve in order to prevent over loading of the crane; the crane also comes equipped with safety catch on the swivel hook to ensure safe lifting. However uniquely this model is already counterbalanced to maximum load capacity, enabling quick and efficient use without the laborious task of manually counterweighing which is demanded to use other models safely.

The second model which we provide is: The Warrior Heavy Duty Folding Workshop Crane; a heavy duty floor crane, available in two specifications: the TTSC1000 and the TTSC2000, with lifting weight capacities of 1000Kg and 2000Kg respectively. Both models provide elevation to a height of 2490mm, with the minimum hook height being at ground level, allowing the haulage of heavy items straight from the floor to the required destination.
