Full Electric Stackers

Stackers, otherwise known as, stacker trucks, stacking trucks, manual stackers, straddle stackers and powered counter balanced reach stackers,provide a midpoint between the pallet truck and the forklift truck. Full electric stackers are able to lift greater load weights to a greater height than the conventional pallet truck, although not as versatile as the rider counterbalanced or reach forklift. However the stacker is more economically viable than the costly forklift. The stacker is a commonly used piece of equipment in warehouse and factory settings, the stackers primary function is the lifting and stacking of block loads such as pallets.

In this range we provide a great variety of full electric stackers. Due to the electronically mechanised features of these stackers, stacking has never been simpler. Move the stacker to where its required and allow the stacker to do the lifting and placing, easy and efficient with the press of a button or the pull of a lever. Our full electric stacker series has a maximum safe capacity varying between 1000Kg to 2000Kg, dependant on model. All of the series has been designed primarily for use with pallets, and come equipped with wrapover or adjustable forks. All the model in the series have forks with a length of 1150mm, however the fork width of many of the models is adjustable from 200mm to 720mm. Although adjustable forks are available for all models they are primarily found on the straddle, reach and counterbalanced models details of which can be found in other categories on this website.

The range offers a huge range of variety in terms of the maximum lift height of the truck. Ranging from 1530mm in the Warrior ECO MONO 1000Kg full electric pallet stacker, to the colossal 4550mm maximum lift height provided by the Warrior Heavy Duty 1500Kg full electric pallet stacker. All of the models in our range have been designed to be compact, in order to allow for greater movement down cramped warehouse and factory aisles. All of the models are equipped with heavy duty electromagnetic brakes to ensure safety and security whilst the truck is still, and to stop movement during raising or lowering loads. All of the models in the range are powered through a full electric battery pack with the voltage specification varying between models. All battery packs are fully rechargeable, and a charger pack is included in the standard package of each model.
