Counterbalanced Stackers

At One Stop Handling we provide a huge range of stackers, in the hope that we can provide a stacker suitable to any specific requirement you may have. The stacker, also known as stacker trucks, stacking trucks, manual stackers, straddle stackers and powered counterbalanced stackers, provides a halfway house between the pallet truck and the forklift, providing a financially cheaper alternative than the expensive forklift, and offering a greater amount of lifting potential than the pallet truck, both in terms of load capacity and maximum height of lift potential. The stacker provides the lifting and mobility of loads, usually through a set of forks, enabling the stacking of block loads and pallets.

The Warrior counterbalanced stackers provide a full electric stacker powered by a 240ah 24v battery pack, which powers the AC drive motors, providing motorised mobility and lifting for the stacker. Manoeuvrability for the operator is greatly enhanced in this stacker through the electronic powered steering EPS which gives the operator effortless movement of the truck with only 1Kg of effort required. The Zapi AC programmable controller gives the operator infinite control over the truck at all times. With safety at the forefront of the design a horn and reversing alarm have been included to warn co-workers of the stackers presence and to avoid collisions and accidents.

Our counterbalanced stackers are available in five different specifications, providing easy and efficient stacking to eight capacities varying from: 800Kg to 1500Kg, at 500mm load centres. The maximum lift height of the forks on all models is 6300mm, and the forks are tilting as oppose the conventional tilting mast which reduces mast whip when working at height. Side shift can also be offered as an optional extra to ensure operator ease of use when positioning a load.

The idea of the pedestrian controlled powered counterbalanced forklift truck stems from the requirement of users to negate the need of rider operated counterbalanced fork lift trucks which normally require an operator to own a certificate of basic training and also is useful when companies are trying to reduce the rider operated trucks used in a production environment and are deemed less safe than a pedestrian controlled truck.
